THE  UNRAVELING 

The Unraveling began in 3517 AD, triggered by a cosmic event of unparalleled nature. Unlike a supernova, this event was caused by the overextension and collision of multiple universes. These universes, previously believed to be self-contained, grew beyond their limits, leading to their eventual overlap. This overlap caused tears in the fabric of reality, creating regions where different physical laws clashed and a massive wave of chaotic energy was unleashed. 

The collision of universes resulted in dimensional overlaps, creating regions of conflicting physical laws. These chaotic zones led to unpredictable and often perilous phenomena. The initial collision produced a colossal energy wave that destabilized planetary systems:

• Planetary Ejections: Planets were ejected from their orbits, stars flickered and died, and entire solar systems plunged into darkness.

• Natural Disasters: The chaotic energy wave triggered massive natural disasters. Planets faced earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and tsunamis on an unimaginable scale. Weather systems became erratic, creating storms of unprecedented ferocity.

• Space-Time Anomalies: Tears in space-time appeared, creating unpredictable rifts and portals. These anomalies disrupted space travel, trapping ships in between realities or transporting them to unknown regions.

• Reality Collisions: The overlap of universes caused reality collisions, where differing physical laws clashed. This led to bizarre phenomena such as time loops, gravity wells, and areas where the fabric of space could tear ships and planets apart.

As universes continued to overlap, all the overflow from these collisions spilled into a newly formed, chaotic universe also known as a Muddle or "purge" universe. This new universe became a cauldron of disorder, housing remnants of countless worlds and realities:

• Patchwork Realities: The overflow universe was a patchwork of different realities, each with unique and often conflicting physical laws. Navigating this landscape was perilous, with regions where time flowed backward, gravity fluctuated, and matter behaved unpredictably.

• Diverse Beings: Beings from different universes found themselves trapped in this new reality. Some were benign, while others were hostile, leading to intense conflict as species vied for dominance.

In the aftermath of the Unraveling, certain regions of the galaxy became known as "haunted space." These areas are characterized by persistent energy anomalies and lingering effects of the cosmic collision. Planets residing in haunted space, like Lecterras, exhibit bizarre phenomena and host strange, sentient energies:

• Sentient Energy: The energy in haunted space appears to possess a form of sentience, influencing the environment and even interacting with inhabitants. This energy can cause unpredictable weather patterns, spontaneous electrical storms, and eerie, unexplainable events.

• Deitonium Deposits: These regions are also rich in Deitonium, a rare and powerful mineral essential to the Solari Dominion's technology and power. The Dominion tracks down these energy anomalies to locate Deitonium deposits, often leading to conflict and exploitation.

• Planetary Evolution: Planets such as Lecterras, situated in haunted space, are teeming with life forms and ecosystems that have adapted to or been altered by the strange energies. These planets are both a source of immense resources and significant danger.

The Unraveling is not a singular event but a recurring cosmic phenomenon that occurs when universes expand to the point of colliding, merging and over flowing, reshaping reality and spawning new universes. It is a natural part of the cycle of creation and destruction that governs the universe:

• Cosmic Birth: Each cycle begins with an Unraveling event, where universes expand, overlap, and eventually merge into each other and overflow into a new, chaotic universe called a Muddle.

• Stabilization: Over time, the new universe stabilizes, developing its own unique systems and laws.

• Renewal: This process ensures the continual renewal and evolution of the cosmos, giving rise to new realities and possibilities.
